In accordance with theMay 12, 2021, Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity, the COA Application Processing System (CAPS) will migrate to a more secure MyAccess environment on May 10, 2022. MyAccess is the validation process utilized to authenticate and identify users who access the CAPS system. During this upgrade, the CAPS system will be offline and not in service.

In anticipation of the system shutdown on May 10, please complete all necessary work in CAPS by Monday, May 9, 11:59PM Eastern Time. Please keep in mind of any upcoming renewals, extensions, or updates to COAs and complete work accordingly as to prevent any delays in work.
On Tuesday, May 10, 2022
The CAPS system will not be in service.
On Wednesday, May 11, 2022
On Wednesday, May 11, 2022, all personnel with an existing CAPS account will need to authenticate under the new MyAccess CIAM system. Please follow the instructions detailed in the attached guide to access the CAPS system for the first time using MyAccess CIAM.
