Training and Demonstrations Conducted Under a COA/Waiver

UPDATE (12/21): COA holders are no longer required to conduct training under Part §107 but are still required to conduct demonstrations under Part §107. The training aircraft and trainees must be from the government entity named in the COA or Waiver.  Training using non-public owned aircraft is not allowed.

The registration/login for the COA process, now identified as CAPS (COA Online Application System) has been changed but the process remains the same.
